Take your Alternate Fasting Days (AFD), add in some Keto, Garcinia Cambogia, and Raspberry Ketones. Then take a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV).
Do all of this while walking a block and doing chair yoga for daily exercise.
Exercise, along with a nutritious diet, should accompany any or all of the above-mentioned pharmaceuticals.
If this doesn’t kickstart some kind of weight loss beyond the 262 wall I’ve hit, then …
I don’t know.
What I do know is that the Apple Cider Vinegar taste doesn’t go away during dilution. You have to actually pinch your nose shut while drinking. That is some nasty stuff.
