18 days into my diet/lifestyle change

Howdy all.

I got past the 262 mark, now I’ve been hovering at 260 for a few days.

My number one problem is overeating at night.

My day goes well, I drink lots of fluids, I take 2 “servings” of Garcinia Cambogia (GC), 2 “servings” of Raspberry Ketones (I did not re-supply my Keto supplements), and I chug down Apple Cider Vinegar, 1-1/2 TB in flavored water once a day.

The thing is, I smoke pot in the evening to help me fall asleep and to act as a mild pain reliever. But, I get the muuunnchiieees pretty bad.

For example, last night, at least a couple of hours after a well-behaved me only had a small amount of mashed potatoes and meatballs for dinner (a HUGE win!), I ate 1 Clif bar, 3 Kind bars, and way too many almonds (a HUGE fail). Even while my mind is screaming, “DON’T LOOK AT THAT FOOD!”, I try to walk away. Sometimes I am able to, but not consistently.

So, here are my newest numbers:

Weight: 260

Hips: 56

Waist: 46

Breast: 50

No change in my HWB (hips, waist, breast) since my last record on 3/6/19.

NOTE: Since my 263 weight on March 6th, I gained back to my original weight at 270. So this 260 is me going back down from 270. Again. Yes, not my first time here.
